Kaseya Announces Appointment of Two Seasoned IT Management Executives to Leadership Team

Enterprise Software Senior Executives Mark Combs and Don LeClair Complete Kaseya Management Team

BOSTON – September 10, 2013 – Kaseya®, a leading provider of IT systems management software, today announced the appointment of Mark Combs as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Don LeClair as Executive Vice President (EVP) of Product Management.

Mark Combs joins Kaseya after 35 years at CA Technologies in which he held a series of senior roles in general management, operations, engineering, support, field technical delivery and IT, with a strong reputation for driving customer experience and satisfaction. As COO, Mark will run Kaseya’s services and support organizations as well as cloud and IT operations. Mark will apply his wealth of experience and insights to ensure that customers’ experience with Kaseya and the delivery of the company’s cloud offerings are second to none, and that Kaseya’s own technology and infrastructure services are world-class.

“The enterprise technology industry continues to accelerate its pace of innovation. Enterprises require management tools that are modern, flexible enough to support their dynamic and hybrid environments, and that help them manage all of the new technologies they are incorporating to run their businesses,” said Mark Combs, COO of Kaseya. “I am thrilled to join the Kaseya team to help drive innovation and deliver the services that our customers need to create business advantage through superior technology.”

Don LeClair brings more than 30 years of enterprise software experience to Kaseya. At CA Technologies, Don held a series of leadership roles including SVP of Technology Strategy and SVP of Engineering and Distinguished Engineer. Don has extensive experience leading product management, engineering, marketing, and architecture programs for both SaaS and on-premise enterprise solutions. As EVP of Product Management at Kaseya, Don will lead product strategy and direction, bringing new levels of focus and innovation to Kaseya’s product offerings and roadmap.

“Kaseya has an incredibly strong set of product offerings in its portfolio and a large and innovative set of customers,” said Don LeClair, EVP of Product Management. “I am delighted to join this world-class team to drive the future of Kaseya’s products. We will invest heavily in both core capabilities and new product directions so that Kaseya will be the partner of choice to help our customers successfully manage their evolving IT environments into the future.”

These new executive hires come on the heels of Kaseya’s executive appointments last month of new CMO Loren Weinberg Jarrett, CSO Brian Murphy and CTO Prakash Khot. These executive appointments also follow the news of Kaseya’s recent acquisitions of Zyrion, Inc. for Cloud and Network Monitoring, and and Rover Apps for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Management, both announced in July.

“I’m excited that we have been able to attract an immensely talented and experienced management team to lead Kaseya and our global organization into the future,” said Yogesh Gupta, CEO at Kaseya. “With the exceptionally strong management team and the new acquisitions of leading technologies to complement our portfolio, Kaseya is incredibly well-positioned to drive growth, innovation, and most importantly, customer success. I couldn’t be more excited about the team and portfolio that Kaseya can now bring to bear on the market, and the unique value that we can and will drive for our customers.”
