President and CEO
A software industry veteran, Yogesh Gupta is the CEO of Kaseya, the world leading IT Management software provider for MSPs and mid-market enterprises. Yogesh has over two decades of experience in product development, marketing, strategy, planning and business development.
Previously Yogesh was the CEO of FatWire Software, which was sold to Oracle after 4 years of significant revenue growth. Prior to FatWire, he held increasingly responsible senior management roles at CA (NYSE: CA) where he was Chief Technology Officer for over five years and, in 2004, was selected by InfoWorld as one of the 25 most influential CTO’s worldwide. As CTO he delivered double-digit annual revenue growth of a multi-billion dollar portfolio. He also led the acquisition of three public and fifteen private companies over a two-and-a-half year period.
A recognized expert in emerging technologies and industry trends, he is a published author and much sought-after Speaker who regularly presents to audiences ranging from CIOs to CTOs, to industry analysts, financial investors and the media.
Mr. Gupta holds a patent in the field of neural networks, has a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin.
EVP, Global Human Resources
As EVP of Global Human Resources, Maribeth is responsible for leading the global HR strategy including organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, talent management and the compensation and benefits strategy across Kaseya’s more than 20 offices. In partnership with the executive team, she is focused on providing leadership for all aspects of the company culture, ensuring that employees feel engaged, valued and committed to the clients and markets Kaseya serves.
Maribeth brings over twenty years of experience in organizational development and Human Resources to Kaseya. Maribeth most recently served as the EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for The Hanover Group. There, she led a team of over 100 HR professionals to successfully implement a revitalization of the organization’s HR department and establish international standards to drive corporate momentum. Prior to The Hanover Group, Maribeth served as Chief Talent Officer for State Street and held earlier leadership roles at Cisco, Oracle and Verizon.
Maribeth graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Stetson University in Deland, Florida, and a Master of Education degree from the University of North Carolina.
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Mark is responsible for the Kaseya services and support organizations as well as cloud and IT operations. Mark joined Kaseya after 35 years at CA Technologies in which he held a series of senior executive roles in general management, operations, engineering, support, field technical delivery and IT, with a strong reputation for driving customer experience and satisfaction.
Mark was instrumental in designing and growing CA's development, technical support and quality infrastructure from the early days of the company. Mark joined CA in 1978 as a software engineer, and in the course of his career has held a variety of senior management positions with the company, including senior vice president of research and development, and senior vice president and general manager for CA Products.
Mark is a member of the board of directors of the Long Island Software and Technology Network. Mark studied history, philosophy and computer science at the University of Oklahoma.
Chief Financial Officer
Anne Huemme brings more than 25 years of fiscal management experience to Kaseya, together with a solid track record of building world-class operational organizations. As CFO at Kaseya, Huemme oversees all business system functions at the company and has responsibility for finance and operational reporting, planning and forecasting.
With 15 years of experience as CFO, Huemme brings strong expertise in high-tech and low-tech growth companies. Huemme most recently served as CFO at WebLayers, Inc., where she managed expected aggressive revenue growth, instituted corporate governance practices, and established operational and financial infrastructure. Huemme also has held CFO positions at the following technology companies: UItimus, Inc., Ardence, Inc. (acquired by Citrix Systems, Inc.), and Optical Solutions (acquired by Calix, Inc.).
Huemme holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, where she was a Fuqua Scholar and a B.A. in Economics from Duke University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Loren Weinberg Jarrett
Chief Marketing Officer
Loren brings over 15 years of enterprise software experience in marketing, product management, corporate strategy, and sales strategy to Kaseya.
Most recently, Loren was Vice President of Product Management at American Express with responsibility for product strategy and go-to-market for the corporate charge card products and Membership Rewards.
Prior to American Express, Loren served as Vice President of Product Management and Strategy at Oracle where she led strategy, product management and go-to-market for Oracle’s enterprise content management, web experience management, portal, and social collaboration software products.
Loren came to Oracle through the acquisition of FatWire Software. At FatWire, Loren was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, and led FatWire’s global product strategy, corporate marketing, product marketing, and product management functions. Loren drove the successful redefinition and implementation of the company’s product strategy and marketing during a transformative time in the market. The company’s revenue doubled during her four-year tenure, culminating in FatWire’s sale to Oracle in 2011.
Prior to FatWire, Loren played a significant role in the successful redefinition and implementation of CA Inc.’s (NYSE: CA) global product strategy in roles as Vice President, Senior Technology Strategist and Vice President Sales Strategy and Operations.
Loren earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University magna cum laude.
Chief Technology Officer
Prakash brings 20 years of technology industry experience and success to Kaseya, including building enterprise software and delivering market-leading cloud collaboration solutions.
In 2006, Prakash co-founded dimdim Inc., a web-based platform that let users host or attend live online meetings, demos and webinars, and served as its Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Product Development. He was responsible for overseeing the dimdim technology roadmap and leading the engineering team. Dimdim was acquired by Salesforce in 2011 where he became their SVP of Engineering for the Collaboration Cloud platform.
Previously, Mr. Khot led the CA RFID Group in the Office of Chief Technology Officer. He joined CA in 2001 upon its acquisition of Boston-based AIM, Inc. which he co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer. AIM built the industry's first monitoring and management product for J2EE eCommerce and app servers.
EVP, Product Management
As EVP of Product Management, Don is responsible for leading product strategy and direction for the Kaseya family of products. Don has extensive experience in product management, engineering, marketing, and architecture programs for both SaaS and on-premise enterprise solutions, with over 30 years of experience in the enterprise software industry.
Prior to Kaseya, Don was SVP of Engineering / Distinguished Engineer and SVP Technology Strategy at CA Technologies, where he was responsible for product direction and development for a wide breadth of CA’s products. He has extensive experience in infrastructure, service assurance, process automation, Web services, database, application development, and business applications.
Don holds a patent on a Unified Service Model, and has earned a bachelor's and a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in technology from Boston University.
Michael Pellini leads Kaseya’s legal team as General Counsel. Michael brings over 25 years of experience at leading technology companies in various corporate legal positions.
Prior to joining Kaseya, Michael was Deputy General Counsel for six years at Unica Corporation where, prior to its acquisition by IBM Corporation, he helped to take the company public while growing revenues from $60 million to more than $125 million. At IBM Michael served as counsel for an additional three years. Michael was also Director, Legal Affairs at publicly held Art Technology Group (ATG) and held similar positions at both Hilton Hotels and Bayer Corporation.
Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University.
Chief Information Officer
Mike Puglia brings over 20 years of technology, strategy, sales and marketing experience to Kaseya. He most recently served as the company’s VP of Technology Programs, responsible for implementing Agile processes across its development and delivery organizations.
Prior to joining Kaseya, Mike was Vice President of Marketing for TimeTrade Systems where he was responsible for managing and executing marketing, program and communications strategy. Mike joined TimeTrade from Salesforce.com, where he led the Technical Program Management integration of real-time collaboration technologies into Salesforce’s Chatter Social Enterprise platform. Prior to his role at Salesforce, Mike was VP of Marketing at Dimdim, a provider of cloud-based collaboration software which was acquired by Salesforce in 2010.
Earlier in his career, Mike served in successive executive positions in program management, product marketing and product management for software and computer security companies including Veracode, Lumigent Technologies (acquired by BeyondTrust) and Bluesocket (acquired by ADTRAN).
Mike holds a BSEE from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College.
EVP, Worldwide Sales
As Kaseya’s EVP of Worldwide Sales, Brian Serino brings over 20 years of experience building high-velocity sales teams and driving them to achieve hyper-growth.
Most recently, Brian was SVP of sales and business development at NetProspex, where he built the team and grew sales by 100% during his tenure, resulting in a successful acquisition by Dun & Bradstreet. Prior to that, Brian served as the SVP of sales at Neolane where he increased sales by 100%, leading to a successful acquisition by Adobe. Earlier, Brian ran North American Sales at Unica, where he built the sales team and drove revenue from $10 million to over $120 million, supporting the company’s successful IPO and eventual acquisition by IBM.
Brian is also an avid skier and enjoys all outdoor activities in the White Mountains.
