March 8, 2007- Due to customer demand, Kaseya, a global provider of IT Managed Service Automation software, will host its first user conference April 1 - 3 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas,. Called Kaseya Connect 2007, the sold-out event promises to offer countless opportunities for education and networking, as well as an insider’s look at the technology you can expect to see from Kaseya in the coming year.
The conference will feature keynote speaker Guy Kawasaki, managing director of the early-stage venture capital firm Garage Technology Ventures and a columnist for Entrepreneur Magazine. Several customers are scheduled to speak and discuss their successes and challenges as they built their businesses. For example, customers will discuss how to sell a managed service, how to build a successful managed service practice and how to create a winning backup and recovery service, while experts will address how to effectively market IT managed services.
Attendees will also hear from Kaseya CEO Gerald Blackie and Executive Vice President of Product Marketing, Jim Alves, who will offer insight into Kaseya as a company and a roadmap of what customers can expect from Kaseya’s software in the coming year. At the same time, Kaseya will announce the latest enhancement to its IT managed service framework.
“The response to attend this user conference has been tremendous,” said Dan Shapero, senior vice president of marketing at Kaseya. “The enthusiasm from the speakers, participants and attendees is a testament to the growth of IT managed services and the interest in Kaseya’s managed service framework. Managed services providers have long been in need of a forum where they can learn from each other’s experiences and experts in marketing IT managed services.
