This new model has enabled Ogilvy & Mather to become Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliant, and increase the network’s visibility and control from a central management console in Mexico City.

In addition, they are able to deliver the Sarbane Oxley reports with accurate information complying with every requirement while saving for saving significantly on costs.
The IT staff can now proactively perform the needed audits, preventive maintenance, access systems for software updates, and other system maintenance tasks remotely. This preventative strategy allows Ogilvy’s IT professionals to handle more machines in less time. They are currently managing roughly 300 devices distributed in Mexico City, Cali and Bogota, Colombia.
