Kaseya Announces Distribution Agreement with Ingram Micro for U.S. Channel Partners
SAN JOSE, Calif. – October 18, 2011 — Kaseya®, the leading global provider of automated
IT systems management software, today announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro (NYSE:IM), the world’s largest IT distributor. The agreement will allow Ingram Micro’s channel partners in the United States to quickly and easily add Kaseya’s cloud-based IT systems management product to their existing product offering or assist partners starting a new managed services business based on the Kaseya framework. Kaseya will be showcased along with others this week at Ingram Micro 2011 Fall VentureTech Network (VTN) Invitational in Las Vegas.
As part of the Ingram Micro Cloud vendor services portfolio, the Kaseya SaaS product provides core IT functions: deployment, configuration, execution, update, logging, reporting, monitoring and remediation. Ingram Micro will offer the Kaseya cloud-based product to assist managed services providers in automating recurring IT tasks and the ability to gain insight and actionable business intelligence with one pane of glass visibility.
