Kaseya Corporation (www.kaseya.com) has openings for Business Development Representatives in its new Tampa Bay, FL location. This dynamic role includes a blend of lead generation activities for new business, and add-on sales into our growing customer base. Our Business Development function is a key part of the Kaseya sales team and for the top performers there is a clear path to more senior levels within the organization.
Due to the nature of our products, we are looking for people with strong and PROVEN prospecting and/or inside sales experience in IT sales. To be considered, the better candidate will have experience working with similar or related products such as systems and desktop management solutions. Members of our sales organization are team players with exceptional organizational and communication skills (written and verbal); a demonstrated ability to multi-task; and strong lead management, prospecting skills. Our sales teams maintain their own contact management database and submit timely sales forecasts and reports. Successful candidates must have the following qualifications:
- Technical aptitude; technically savvy sales reps are the most successful
- 1+ year inside sales experience with:
- 1+ year demonstrated ability to prospect/qualify using various techniques including cold calling
- 1+ year demonstrated ability to manage the early stages of the sales process
- Demonstrated personal commitment and interest in continued professional development
The compensation plan for this position is designed for a top performing, experienced Inside Sales professional and is commensurate with the candidate's industry sales experience.
