Due to this success, we've been expanding in all regions and need a top-notch software engineer for our Santa Barbara Team.
This role is responsible for:
- Develop ASP.NET applications using MS DevStudio and MS SQL
- Be able to develop modular and unit test code
- Work with MS SQL Server database and use Microsoft development tools to create, unit test, and check in software to corporate source control system
- Work with other engineers to address complex problems
- Help to review design specifications and work with team leader to develop software within the project plan provided
Required Skills:
- At least 5 years experience in business applications engineering
- Must have proven technical skills in ASP.NET, C++, C#, MS SQL Server, and source management software
- Strong understanding of database transaction processing
- Must have a BS in Computer Science or related field; graduate degree a plus
- Proficiency in C++ and one or more scripting languages (e.g. Unix shell, PERL, Java script).
- Strong working knowledge of networking and data communications
- Experience with Internet technologies (e.g. HTML, XML, TCP/IP)
- Experience with relational database technologies (SQL, schema design)
- Knowledge of more advanced programming environments and concepts highly desired
Office Location:
The Santa Barbara office of Kaseya is located 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from State Street at 203 Chapala St. Our office is comprised of engineering, quality assurance and product management professionals. We enjoy a Santa Barbara culture and have a very seasoned and skilled team.
