This role is responsible for:
- Providing technical expertise to Kaseya customers
- Defining complex problems and solutions as required to resolve critical customer situations.
- Facilitate the definition and resolution of complex critical issues and provide internal training.
- Perform problem verification by isolating and replicating steps to reproduce the problem.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 year’s relative experience
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent trouble-shooting skills
- Professional demeanor on telephone
- Knowledge of Microsoft IIS, SQL2000, SQL2005 and networking.
