IT industry veteran tapped to expand customer support services for growing MSP and internal IT department customer base
January 10, 2007 -- Kaseya International Ltd., a global provider of IT Managed Service Automation software for solution providers and corporate IT organizations, today announced Tim McMullen has joined the company as chief operating officer, adding his more than 25 years of IT experience to the growing Kaseya business (see related release, Kaseya Announces 330% Bookings Increase in 2006.)

McMullen will assume responsibility for post-sales and services functions of the company. Targeted goals are to establish a consulting group to assist Kaseya’s IT service provider customers with implementation and business transformation services, develop a global 24 x 7 customer support framework and ancillary services as well as to enhance the companies educational offerings.

Tim most recently was senior vice president of products and alliances for Talisma, a leading provider of CRM applications, and he has served as a director and advisor for Omni Vista Software Corp., and Captura Software. Tim also held the position of executive vice president of business development at MindArrow, Inc., and served as chief operating officer / interim chief executive officer at Vicinity Corp.
