Kaseya Appoints Stéphane Hauray to Manage Operations and service MSPs
ST. HELIER, JERSEY, February 14, 2008 — Kaseya, a global provider of information technology (IT) automation software for IT solution providers and corporate IT organizations, announced today the official opening of its location in France and their plans to expand its network of partners, resellers and customers into the region. The company will target Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and corporate customers, and has appointed Stéphane Hauray to manage business development efforts in France.
Kaseya will focus initially on signing deals with the numerous MSPs currently active across the French market, and is offering interested MSPs the chance to download and use its software at no charge for a 30 day evaluation period. The company’s technology allows MSPs to shift their business models from the provision of ”break/fix” services to their clients to more proactive management and monitoring services.
In an increasingly competitive environment, the Kaseya solution helps Managed Service Providers to deliver the depth, breadth and quality of service required to enhance SMBs performance. The highly scalable Kaseya IT automation software will support MSPs in delivering corporate level services to service a growing demand in the region.
With more than 12 years of experience in sales and management, Hauray brings a solid background in both sales and technology to this role. Hauray has held several senior-level positions, most recently managing corporate governance solutions sales at Enablon. He also worked as part of the business development team for CBI, CEGID's Business Intelligence subsidiary, and managed the North American office for small and mid-sized business solutions provider Parallels (formerly SWsoft )
