The distribution channel is limited to a select group of high-quality Managed Service Providers, Value Added Resellers (VARS) and Systems Integrators with excellent track records; capable of marketing, selling and supporting the Kaseya product line.
Two classifications of channel partners are authorized: Kaseya Platinum Partners and Kaseya Gold Partners:
- Kaseya Gold Partners are authorized to sell the Kaseya Enterprise Edition and fundamentally this group of Kaseya Partners are either working to obtain the Kaseya Platinum Partner status or are engaged in selling enterprise software to corporate clients. Current Kaseya MSP customers can benefit greatly from this program because they have the ability to offer prospective customers a high margin alternative to their managed services programs.
- Kaseya Platinum Partners commit to a higher level of sales with dedicated Kaseya salesperson(s). For this commitment the Kaseya Platinum Partner receives our highest margins.
