Kaseya consulting provides proven strategies for deriving value from Kaseya solutions, whether a customer is just getting started or looking to benefit from more advanced features.

Quickstarts

New customers get started quickly through the combination of implementation services, consultation and training that are included as part of a Quickstart service. Quickstart services include a set of individual professional services based on implementation best practices along with education materials on key areas of Kaseya Virtual System Administrator (VSA) functionality, management and operations. Quickstart services are an integral component of all new deployments and are required with the purchase of Kaseya VSA. The type of Quickstart required is based on both the edition of Kaseya VSA purchased and the number of endpoints the customer will be managing.

Deployment Quickstart

Deployment Quickstart is for Kaseya VSA LaunchPad customers and Kaseya VSA Professional customers who have purchased 25-150 endpoints. It includes:

  • Eight hours of remotely delivered implementation services focused on Kaseya basics for deployment
  • Three-month subscription to a self-directed education course that covers product basics for two logins

Professional Quickstart

Professional Quickstart is for Kaseya VSA Professional customers who have purchased over 150 endpoints. It includes:

  • Twelve hours of enhanced, remotely delivered implementation services focused on the deployment of Kaseya and endpoint management
  • Three-month subscription to a self-directed education course that covers product basics for five logins
  • Three-month subscription to Kaseya Certified Administrator (KCA) certification education, including testing for one KCA candidate

Success Track

The Success Track is for large deployments or for those customers that that are looking to deploy enhanced features of Kaseya. Like the Quickstarts, Success Track combines a set of individual professional services based on implementation best practices along with education materials on key areas of product functionality, management and operations. It includes:

  • 24 hours of implementation services focused on the deployment of Kaseya, endpoint management and monitoring automation
  • Three-month subscription to a self-directed education course that covers product basics for five logins
  • Three-month subscription to Kaseya Certified Administrator (KCA) certification education, including testing for one KCA candidate
  • Three-month subscription to Kaseya Certified Technician (KCT) certification education, including testing for one KCT candidate

Kaseya Custom Consulting Services

Custom Consulting Services are Time and Materials based options that provide one-on-one engagements focused on a customized set of deliverables specific to a customer’s needs. Kaseya performs a needs assessment with the Customer prior to engaging this Service and delivers a unique project Statement of Work (SOW) to identify and define the customer’s specific issues, priorities, tasks, project duration, and costs. These engagements can be for discrete issues requiring as little as ½ day of consulting, or, for larger multiple day or multiple phase projects. Kaseya Consulting Services can be engaged for both consulting and training requirements.

Through Kaseya Consulting Services, Kaseya delivers talented professionals with the product and business expertise to address an array of needs in a range of specialized areas. Examples of custom consulting services include: System Upgrades and Migrations, Technology Implementations and Deployments, Consolidations and Relocations, Operations Augmentation, and System and Process Documentation.
