Today marked the official opening of our two new Kaseya customer service centers in Auckland, New Zealand and Dublin, Ireland. The centers will handle all global customer inquiries from tech support to customer service 24/7, 365 days a year. Customers may get help via live chat, calling their local support number and through a ticket logging system on the Kaseya portal.
These customer service centers are the new “go to” places for our customers to receive help with any Kaseya related issue.
