One of the most important things anyone responsible for an organization’s IT work is to be able to display results.  The built-in Executive Summary report is designed to help you do exactly that.  Sometimes there are specific events, activities, or initiatives that you’ve completed for an environment that deserve to be reported as well.  Maybe is an enterprise-wide patch to a line of business app or deliver a new version of a piece of software to all your endpoints, whatever it is, you can add it to the Executive Summary.
