Kaseya has always been at the front of the pack in terms of tools that successful MSPs use to run their businesses. Its not a brag, well it is a brag, but its also a fact. Kaseya MSPs continue to dominate the MSP Mentor 100 list globally.
Let’s look at a break down of how many MSPs running Kaseya were represented on the various lists:
According the full report from MSPmentor, there were 458 qualified survey participants and 52% use Kaseya to handle their the IT systems management work. This is a remarkable number especially when you consider that the number 2 technology platform according to survey respondents was LogMeIn, a solution with a far more focused set of tools than Kaseya or most of the platforms listed in the report. Without taking anything away from LogMeIn this data points clearly to the value of The Kaseya Solution due to its comprehensive breadth and depth of functionality, but also to what MSPs are needing in a platform.
No big surprise right? Not at all, it only serves to highlight how more and more work is being automated and more work is being done centrally. MSPs are looking to make less onsite visits and therefore need solid the remote access functionality that Kaseya provides as one component of our comprehensive framework.
We’re so thrilled that our customers are seeing such wonderful growth in their own businesses. The final data point we’d like to mention is Top 20 Ranked by Number of Devices Managed. With 5 of the top 10 and 9 of the top 20, its further confirmation that Kaseya not only enables MSPs all over the globe, but that its powerful and scalable. As the reports mentions, the managed services market continues to grow and to even accelerate. As businesses everywhere continue to look for ways to leverage technology, and their tech budgets for supporting that technology, it’s clear that the managed services market is in growth mode.
