As we jump headlong into 2013, we would like to thank you for being with us through 2012! Whether you’ve been a long time Kaseya customer or you just joined us this year we thank you! As a company we are thrilled with all the things we have planned for 2013. Exciting products will be here soon, but today I want to give you, our loyal readers and customers, a challenge for 2013.
So often I hear customers say things like, “Wow, I didn’t know that could be done, but there it is!” or “This functionality has been here all along?” or even “Why didn’t someone tell me that Kaseya could do that?” These statements reveal a lot about our product. It is truly a framework which can be leveraged to accomplish a ridiculous number of things. We are going to be working hard in 2013 to help you see the potential inside the products we offer so that you know more about them and the potential waiting to be unleashed, but this post is about you taking control of your daily systems management life.
Here’s the challenge to you, our Kaseya customers:
Automate 1 NEW task every month!
That’s it. Its not a huge challenge, but I can guarantee that if you can figure out how to automate one NEW thing every month, you will find yourself automating more than just one new task a month. Here’s the approach: watch your day to day work and find that tedious and/or repetitive task that must get done and harness the power of Kaseya to do it for you. By the end of 2013 you will have a created a significant change in your day-to-day systems management work. Heck, I’d bet that by June 2013 you will already see enough of a difference, that you’ll find yourself working on those long-postponed projects or better yet planning your next set of IT initiatives.
