As a Senior Manager of Analytics and Operations, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact, influencing key business strategies and driving operational success. This role offers a thrilling blend of analytical challenges, strategic planning, and leadership opportunities, making it an exciting and fulfilling career path for those passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions with excellence. Kaseya’s customer base consists of 10s of thousands of small and medium-sized businesses who rely on Kaseya’s software platform to power their core business. This individual will lead Order-to-Cash analytics and decision-support and play an important role in deploying operating strategies into a team of 50-150 support and collections personnel. This role will provide direct support to the head of Credit & Collections as well as extended members of the order-to-cash and finance executive teams. Requires collaboration across many internal groups including finance, operations, sales, account management, finance.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Own Operations: You will lead the day-to-day work of “keeping the lights” on for Order-to Cash at Kaseya. Everything from data analysis to analysis to collaboration across many groups to “whatever it takes”

· Insights Powerhouse: You shed light on the truth; you own the data from the initial entry into our funnel all the way down to the final board reporting; this includes designing the data structure and foundation so we can derive accurate insights, as well as end-to-end analysis + insights that help the leadership team make better decisions

· Strategic Partner: You drive core initiatives for broader Credit & Collections team, you’re a trusted advisor and partner to Kaseya’s leadership team; you ensure projects and analysis are driven to completion with both high velocity and high quality

You would be a great fit for this role if most of the following are true:

· Data & Excel: You are an Excel wiz. You can think in spreadsheets and have pushed the limits of what’s possible. You know the difference between data and insight.

· Technical: You could explain Altryx to a 5 year old, and can make it do things it’s not supposed to be able to do. You can also be a Salesforce or GetPaid admin in a pinch. You have familiarity with the other common dashboard visualization tools like Power Bi or Tableau.

· Communication: You enjoy an Amazon style memo, and can storyboard an analysis for an executive in 10 mins; time permitting, you can make your point in 50% fewer words

· Experience: You know how this story goes and have 4+ years experience in this space. You have strong opinions about data analysis, market segmentation, collections strategies, and all the gnarly analytical topics – but not so strongly held that you can’t be reasoned with.

· Altitude: You can go from line-by-line data checking in Excel, building automation, to prepping an exec presentation on financial status, to discussing strategy w/ credit and collections leaders.

· Flexibility: You enjoy sifting for the gold in “bad” data. You also don’t mind a backseat driver when it comes to manipulating your data in Excel or other programs.

· Attitude: You don’t use the word impossible. There are more creative solutions and tradeoffs to be made. You find a way.

What you’ll bring:

· A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.

· Prior experience working with the Big 4 or a large regional accounting firm consulting with technology industry clients.

· Prior experience working in NetSuite, Salesforce, and PowerBI. (GetPaid a plus)

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
