As Kaseya continues its push to advance the simplification and advancement of its Services suite, we seek to develop a next generation, integrated set of components to increase the reliability, quality, speed, and predictability of delivery, performance and optimization of Kaseya solutions.

The Business Analyst, Project Methodology is responsible for driving the design, development, architecture and adoption of our light touch next generation Professional Service Delivery Methodology (KDM).  You will be passionate about process driven projects and service delivery architecture and have both the hunger and the experience to see this through from delivery methods identification to roll out and global adoption. You will also be competent and experienced in the identification of adjacent and supporting tooling and systems to underpin success implementation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

The ideal candidate comes from a consulting background, ideally in methodology or processing engineering. They understand both the business and technical aspects of consulting in the MSP space and have a track record of delivering solutions that exceed client expectations. This role requires strategic thinking, innovation, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills. The candidate will have prior experience in hands-on workflow and methodology design in the pure play consulting space.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stakeholder interviews and establishment of deep understanding of what it takes to optimize Kaseya project delivery across the extensive product portfolio, including, where applicable, the steps from implementation design, configuration, implementation and through to QA, acceptance and the supporting documentation and systems updates
  • Collaborate and ultimately lead on setting up and establishing next generation KDM, empowering and educating the Global Consulting and Services workforce with clear adoption practices, assets and artifacts
  • Outline externally the benefits of KDM and the value add using both customer-facing and internal awareness strategies
  • Break down the revised Delivery Methodology into manageable phases, develop the steps within each by service line offering and transpose that into both physical artifacts in addition to systems flows and potential investments
  • Craft compelling content like blogs, operating guides, Visio and PTPX workflows and case studies that attract and educate potential and existing service consumers both internally and externally via assorted channels
  • Define and validate pricing strategies to optimize sales volume and market share
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on KDM launch readiness, work hand in hand with product engineering and product line leaders, garnering insight and questions as well as providing recommendations on the best way to use our expanding services portfolio to achieve desired outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3+ years in a Global Professional Services or Consulting business with a minimum of 2 years in process, workflow, or methodology design.
  • Real world systems consulting experience working with key stakeholders (either internal or external)
  • Exposure to Quality Assurance and Technical Documentation authoring a huge advantage
  • Service delivery and program management skills with the ability to summarize customer success outcomes into well-structured program plans.
  • Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and executive presence. Must be self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity, and have the ability to influence across multiple levels and organizations including internal and external stakeholders
  • Adept strategic thinker, problem solver and results-oriented pragmatist
  • Exceptional oral and written communications; able to communicate complex, technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner
  • Willingness to take on new challenges, explore new ideas and be flexible with changing priorities
  • Project Management experience with complex software solutions
