Haselkorn Inc. has been providing compliance services to clients for two decades. That wealth of compliance experience taught the Haselkorn team that every industry, statute or regulation has its own requirements — and those requirements change frequently.
While the Haselkorn team had deep experience with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance, they were less familiar with the nuances of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
The Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) documents required under that standard are exhaustive and vary depending on the client’s situation. Errors in the SAQ can lead to non-compliance, hefty fines or even denial of cyber liability claims.
