Autotask

Cooper Copilot now supports more languages, making it easier for your team and clients to work in their preferred language.

The updated interface simplifies language selection for a smoother user experience, and includes support for the following new languages in both single- and multi-byte characters:

  • New single-byte languages include: Croatian, Filipino, Faroese, Hungarian, Icelandic, Latvian, Maltese, Malay, Polish, and Swedish.
  • Multi-byte languages include: Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Macedonian, Thai, and Māori.

Note that multi-byte languages are available only if your Autotask instance has multi-byte support enabled.

With broader language coverage, MSPs can deliver consistent service across more regions and teams, removing barriers and improving collaboration worldwide.
