Datto AV now makes exclusions easier to manage day to day, especially in environments with long file paths and large exclusion sets. You can review and maintain policies faster without changing your browser zoom or rebuilding entries from scratch.
Long Universal AV Exclusion paths are now more readable in the list view with an ellipsis, while the full path stays visible in the edit modal. You can also edit existing Universal AV Exclusions directly from the policy table instead of deleting and recreating them.
For bulk work, you can import and export Universal AV exclusions via CSV and export exclusions from individual AV policies for review or backup. This reduces manual entry during onboarding and helps your team keep exclusions consistent across customers.
