Datto EDR now provides clear visibility into whether devices are synced with VSA 10 or Datto RMM, simplifying endpoint management at scale.
A new Sync Status column has been added to the Devices table, allowing partners to easily see whether each device is synced with VSA 10 or Datto RMM. Devices can now be filtered based on their RMM sync state, improving visibility across mixed or transitioning RMM environments.
Partners can quickly identify unmanaged or unsynced devices, reduce manual validation during onboarding and audits, and improve operational efficiency when managing large endpoint fleets.
