Enhancement
Datto RMM, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

Datto RMM’s Microsoft 365 integration no longer requires Global Admin privileges for GDAP relationships on CSP-managed tenants, improving security and simplifying ongoing management.

With this update, GDAP relationships can auto-renew without manual intervention, reducing administrative overhead while maintaining full integration functionality. Existing configurations will continue to work, and teams can transition away from Global Admin GDAP at their own pace.

This gives partners more flexibility and reinforces best-practice privilege management across Microsoft 365 environments.
