Intune quick actions

New
Datto RMM, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

Datto RMM now supports Intune Quick Actions for Intune-enrolled devices, giving technicians faster access to essential MDM controls directly from the Microsoft 365 User page.

This initial release introduces support for Windows, Android and iOS devices. Technicians can now remotely lock devices, wipe or retire hardware, and trigger immediate policy synchronization without leaving Datto RMM.

By centralizing these actions inside the Datto RMM interface, this enhancement streamlines support workflows and reduces the time needed to perform common Intune management tasks.
