Datto RMM, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

Datto RMM now supports conversion of Microsoft 365 mailboxes to shared mailboxes during user offboarding, improving both security and business continuity. As part of the automated offboarding workflow, technicians can revoke a user’s access to sensitive data while sharing their mailbox with other users or groups. This preserves valuable emails for ongoing work while ensuring ex-employees no longer have access to company information.
