Microsoft 365 integration: Automatic deployment of Datto RMM agents to Windows 365 Cloud PCs

Datto RMM, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

Datto RMM agents can now be automatically deployed to Windows 365 Business Cloud PCs through the Microsoft 365 integration. This enables MSPs to manage both physical and virtual endpoints from a single platform, eliminating visibility gaps in cloud-first and hybrid environments. Cloud PCs can now be onboarded, monitored, patched and supported using the same workflows as traditional devices.

To enable this functionality, administrators must refresh the Microsoft 365 integration authentication to include the required Windows 365 API permissions. This can be done by navigating to Setup > Integrations > Microsoft 365 and reauthenticating the integration.
