Extended SNMPv3 Protocol support

Network Discovery and Monitoring now support additional SNMPv3 authentication and privacy protocols, improving compatibility with modern, security-hardened network devices. New authentication options include SHA-256, SHA-384 and SHA-512, while new encryption protocols include 3DES, AES-192 and AES-256, giving administrators greater flexibility when connecting to devices with stricter security requirements.
