A new built-in migration tool makes it easy to transition from Graphus to INKY.

The migration tool is designed to simplify the move by automating the transfer of domains, policies and administrators. Instead of manually recreating configurations, you can migrate your existing Graphus environment into INKY with minimal effort, reducing setup time and helping ensure email protection remains uninterrupted throughout the transition.

This automated approach minimizes manual work, lowers the risk of configuration errors and provides a predictable path forward for securing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace email environments with INKY.

How migration works

Using the Graphus to INKY migration tool, you can:

  • Import your protected Graphus domains (teams) directly into INKY
    • An INKY license is automatically created for each imported domain
    • Existing Graphus administrators are imported automatically
  • Import existing configuration data, including:
    • Allow lists
    • Block lists
    • VIP lists
    • Analysis lists
  • Disable Graphus protection for domains that have been successfully migrated to INKY to prevent duplicate email processing
  • Integrate BullPhish ID with INKY, if BullPhish ID is part of your environment

For customers who prefer a manual approach, instructions are also available for migrating domains, block lists and allow lists without using the automated tool.

Knowledge base resources

To migrate, follow the instructions in the Graphus to INKY section of the INKY knowledge base. This guide provides detailed steps for:

  • Importing your protected Graphus domains (teams) into INKY using the automatic migration tool. The tool automatically creates an INKY license for each imported domain and imports existing Graphus administrators.
  • Importing your existing allow lists, block lists, VIP lists and analysis lists from Graphus to INKY.
  • Disabling Graphus protection for domains successfully migrated to INKY to prevent duplicate email processing.
  • Integrating BullPhish ID with INKY (if your organization uses BullPhish ID).

If you prefer to migrate your Graphus domains manually, refer to the article, Migrating from Graphus to INKY, which includes instructions for migrating block lists and allow lists.

See the General Q&A for answers to frequently asked questions.

Important notes on timing and contracts

  • Your existing Graphus environment will remain operational until the earliest of:
    • Your Graphus contract end date
    • Completion of your migration to INKY
    • The official Graphus end-of-life date: June 30, 2027
  • Customers currently using standalone Graphus or SaaS Defense have three (3) months to complete migration after their INKY instance is provisioned
    • The Graphus contract will automatically terminate three months after the INKY contract is signed, regardless of the original Graphus contract end date
    • To avoid any lapse in protection, all end-user organizations should be fully migrated within this three-month window

We strongly recommend planning your migration to INKY as early as possible to ensure uninterrupted email protection. Your account manager is available to provide guidance and support throughout the transition.
