IT Glue, Kaseya 365 Ops

Kaseya Assist is now available in early access, bringing AI-driven search and guidance directly into IT Glue. Instead of relying on exact keywords or digging through folders, technicians can ask questions in plain English to quickly find the information they need. Kaseya Assist searches across your documentation to surface the most relevant answers —  reducing time spent searching and accelerating issue resolution.

In its current release, Kaseya Assist enables users to find documents by title, retrieve answers from IT Glue Knowledge Base articles and even troubleshoot using screenshots. Looking ahead to the full release in Q4 of 2026, enhanced capabilities will include identifying documentation gaps, combining insights across assets, applying advanced filters, delivering more context-aware results and summarizing documentation instantly.
