Kaseya Quote Manager now includes a dedicated Quote Won event in the email notifications system, so your team immediately receives alerts when a deal closes. This reduces manual checking and helps sales and account teams move faster after a win.
When you configure notifications, you can select Quote Won as the event and choose who gets the email. You can email the quote owner or send it to a specific address for shared inboxes or internal workflows. The UI also shows clear confirmation text when you add a Quote Won rule.
If you later delete the notification rule, Kaseya Quote Manager stops sending future Quote Won emails and removes the rule from the notifications list, keeping configuration clean and current.
