We’ve simplified KaseyaOne invoices to make billing reviews faster, clearer and more transparent.
Invoices are now easier to read thanks to consolidated line items — any charge with the same SKU, service start and end date and rate is combined into a single row. You’ll also see improved credit visibility for easier credit reconciliation, while account aging details now appear directly on your invoice. Unassigned organization charges are grouped for easier identification and assignment.

To view invoices, sign in to your KaseyaOne account and select Subscriptions & Billing > View and Pay Invoices.
These changes will begin appearing on November invoices.
