Export of SaaS backup dashboard data to a .csv file

UniView now allows administrators to export SaaS backup dashboard data to a CSV file, making it easier to report, analyze and share tenant backup information.

An export button is now available on the SaaS Backup dashboard, generating a CSV file containing all relevant data for tenants protected by Spanning backup and Datto Backup for Microsoft Entra ID. Customize exports using dashboard filters to report by Domain, Platform, License or Organization. The export provides a self-service option for compliance, audits and reporting while reducing manual effort and support requests. Structured data can be imported into other tools for deeper analysis and integration.

  • Domain Name
  • Platform
  • Region
  • License
  • Expiration Date
  • Organization
  • Assigned Standard Licenses
  • Assigned Archived Licenses
  • Total Assigned Licenses
  • Seats
  • Used Licenses
  • Protected Storage Size (uncompressed)
  • Spanning Storage Size (compressed)
