Agent and assessment self-service tools

New
vPenTest

vPenTest now gives you more visibility and control over agents and assessments, so your team can resolve issues faster without contacting Support.

You can view real-time agent health with new status indicators, including Agent Connection (Online/Offline) and Cloud Session (Completed/Not Started), shown in the agent list and in the organization profile’s List of Agents view. You can also request and download agent logs directly from the platform, with email notifications when logs are ready — even if the agent later goes offline.

If an assessment fails mid-test, you can restart it directly from the platform, reducing delays and keeping projects on track.
