Monitoring: Agent status notification enhancements

November 20
New
VSA 10, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

We’ve expanded the Status monitoring profile to give you more control over how and when agent online/offline alerts are triggered, allowing notifications to be tailored based on device type and operational context.

You can now configure online and offline alerts separately, assign priorities and choose whether offline notifications are sent immediately or after a defined delay. When set to Immediately, agent offline alerts bypass the global interval and trigger within one minute.

Additional enhancements include the ability to enable or suppress repeat offline alerts, as well as a new notification type that triggers when an end user disables remote control from the VSA 10 agent menu. Together, these improvements ensure faster awareness of critical conditions and greater precision in how monitoring visibility is managed.
