Automation: Cancel scheduled and ad-hoc workflows

February 26
Enhancement
VSA 10, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

This release introduces the ability to cancel in-progress or pending workflows directly from the web application. Users can stop both ad hoc and scheduled workflows, giving teams greater control over automation activity across multiple devices.

Workflow cancellation is available from the newly renamed Workflow Activity page (formerly Workflow History). Users can cancel workflows individually or in bulk, depending on permissions and device scope. Canceled executions are marked with a Canceled status, and all cancellation events are recorded in the Audit Log, including the user, device, workflow name and timestamp.

Recurring schedules remain intact when a workflow is canceled; only the currently running or pending instance is stopped.
