Nginx update notifications

VSA 10 now provides in-product notifications when a newer nginx version is available for on-premises deployments. Administrators receive a banner alerting them to outdated versions, making it easier to plan updates and stay current with the latest security fixes while maintaining control over maintenance windows. 

The notification includes direct links to download the latest nginx version and access relevant documentation. The banner remains visible until nginx is updated, ensuring administrators are aware of available updates while allowing them to schedule maintenance at an appropriate time.
