VulScan

VulScan now makes it easier to understand scan outcomes, manage device-specific tickets, and safely administer appliances.

Device identifier in PSA ticket summary: When the Create separate tickets per device option is selected while creating PSA tickets from Scan Results, the ticket summary now automatically includes the device’s hostname, IP address, and MAC address. This makes it easier to track and manage tickets for the same vulnerability across multiple devices.

Improved scan results view: The Scan Results page now clearly distinguishes between “no scans performed,” “no vulnerabilities found” and “no results for selected filters,” removing confusion and improving transparency for users.

Improved onboarding experience: Added “Configure Vulnerability Scanning” onboarding screens to Scan Results, VulScan Dashboard and Home Dashboard pages, so users always know what to do next when configuring a VulScan site.

Enhanced Delete Appliance confirmation modal: The Delete Appliance confirmation modal now provides clear, context-aware warnings for all appliance types, ensuring users understand the impact of their actions and reducing accidental data loss.

Together, these improvements create a smoother in-app experience.
