2020 IT Operations Survey Highlights

Kaseya has been surveying IT professionals from small and midsize companies (up to 5000 employees) for over five years. This year, we have revamped our survey to focus more on two key areas—how companies are spending their IT budgets and how they are organizing their teams. We also split the survey into two sets of questions — one set for senior IT Leaders and another set for IT Practitioners. We’ve collected some very interesting data on the top priorities and challenges from these two different perspectives.
