Kaseya has been surveying IT professionals from SMBs for more than five years. To gauge the difference between leadership and managerial practices, this year we have split the survey to ask two different sets of questions—one set aimed at IT leaders (IT Directors, Vice Presidents, Heads of IT and C-level Executives) and the other set aimed at IT practitioners (IT managers and technicians).

This edition of the report details the key priorities, challenges and IT practices of 543 IT practitioners hailing from different parts of the world.
