GDPR in 2020: MSPs - Protect your Business and your Clients from Data Breaches
According to DLA Piper’s latest GDPR Data Breach Survey, data protection regulators have imposed 114 million euro in fines under the GDPR regime. Over 160,000 data breach notifications have been reported across the 28 European Union Member States plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein since the GDPR came into force on 25 May 2018.
It’s likely that there will be even more fines and notifications in the coming years. A recent Federation of Small Business Report proclaimed that UK-based SMBs were suffering nearly 10,000 cyberattacks per day.
