Kaseya is looking for an enthusiastic, results driven and hungry Account Executive to be at the forefront of our “land and expand” growth strategy, responsible for prospecting, nurturing, and closing new accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Lead the charge in identifying and closing new business opportunities. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, driving revenue by selling Kaseya's suite of solutions to potential clients.
- Engage Executive-Level Decision Makers: Hold discussions with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, CCOs, and VPs, articulating the value of Kaseya’s solutions. Overcome objections, secure next steps, and ensure a successful close.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by creating value for in-house IT departments with Kaseya’s products. Own your targets and deliver results consistently.
- Collaborative Sales Approach: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, engineering, and product specialists to leverage resources and drive sales. Use video conferencing and personalized video communication to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Opportunity Management & Forecasting: Track opportunities throughout the sales process, ensuring strong Salesforce (SF.com) hygiene and accurate forecasting. Participate in account reviews with management and teams to strategize for success.
- Customer Experience: Provide a professional and seamless sales experience, from initial meetings to post-sale follow-ups, ensuring that all prospects have a positive and efficient experience with Kaseya.
- Sales Campaigns & Programs: Participate in ad-hoc sales campaigns to help create new prospects and opportunities, contributing to Kaseya’s growth.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience in a hunter role, with a proven ability to prospect, cold call leads and close deals.
- High energy, driven, and passionate about sales and customer success, with a desire to earn significant sales commissions
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and a deep focus on metrics and KPIs to drive success
- Motivated, competitive, and resilient with a "go-getter" mindset
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts
