The VSA iOS mobile app now supports multiple instance management, allowing users to configure and switch between different VSA 10 environments from a single app installation. This eliminates the need for reconfiguration or multiple devices, streamlining workflows for technicians managing multiple systems.
Users can easily manage instances through the Manage Instances option, with configurations updating automatically when switching. This feature is supported on iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 18.5 and above.
In addition, mobile apps now support custom filter creation and management on both iOS and Android. Technicians can create, edit and save personalized filter views directly within the app, making it easier to focus on relevant devices and alerts. At this time, custom filters created on iOS do not sync across devices via iCloud.
