DattoCon

Meet the partners who helped make DattoCon EMEA a standout event.

Cisco

Helping MSPs deliver stronger security, simply

Security is a big job for any MSP. Juggling different tools, dashboards and client requirements can slow you down and make it harder to deliver consistent value. But Cisco’s Secure MSP Center was built to change that.

This platform brings everything together in one place, helping you manage and protect your customers more efficiently. Whether you’re working with five clients or fifty, Secure MSP Center gives you the tools to scale your security offerings while keeping things simple.

What MSPs get with Cisco Secure MSP Center:

  • A single, centralized interface to monitor and manage all customer environments
  • Scalable solutions that support businesses of all sizes
  • Advanced threat intelligence backed by Cisco’s global security expertise
  • More time and more revenue thanks to automation and simplified workflows

Want to streamline your services and stand out from competitors? Explore Secure MSP Center.

MicroWarehouse

The right partner doesn’t feel like a vendor

MSPs are surrounded by platforms and automation, but what’s missing in many partnerships is a human connection.

We hear it all the time. Distributors that feel like black boxes — you’re given a login, a portal and a ticketing system that rarely delivers clarity. When that’s all you have, it’s easy to feel like you’re building your business alone.

At MicroWarehouse, we believe a real partner should feel like an extension of your team. Someone who knows your business, shows up for you and helps you grow — not just sell.

The problem with business as usual:

  • A faceless portal
  • Delayed or disjointed support
  • Little to no strategic insight
  • No sense of shared purpose

Too many MSPs are stuck with distributors built for volume, not value. The result is friction, frustration and missed opportunities.

However, we take a different approach. When you join MicroWarehouse, you get more than just a login. You’re connected with account managers, technical experts and strategic advisors who care about your goals and stick with you for the long haul.

This is what “human-centric” means to us:

  • People who remember your priorities
  • Experts who help you spot new revenue streams
  • Real conversations that go beyond troubleshooting
  • Tailored guidance built for the Irish and UK markets

Deep Microsoft expertise, delivered with clarity

The Microsoft ecosystem is powerful but also complex. Our team helps you cut through the noise, move faster and bring clarity to every offering.

As one of our partners put it:

“MicroWarehouse helped us go to market faster and with more accuracy than going it alone. We couldn’t be more grateful for the partnership.”

We’ve been working alongside MSPs for 30+ years, and we’re just getting started.

OpenText

MDR is now a cornerstone of managed security services, but MSPs are refining what they really need from their providers. OpenText surveyed MSPs to understand which capabilities matter most.

Here’s what we found:

  1. Flexibility is a priority
About 52% of MSPs prefer native EDR integration but 48% don’t. Many work with a mix of tools across clients and want MDR solutions that can adapt. Avoiding vendor lock-in and supporting future tools is key.
  2. Cloud-based SIEM is essential
About 81% say cloud-based SIEM is a must-have. It supports scalable visibility, fast incident response and easy remote access — all critical as client environments grow.
  3. SOAR brings real efficiency
MSPs are embracing SOAR to automate common tasks (30%), improve around-the-clock protection (27%) and reduce alert fatigue (24%).

These insights show that MSPs need MDR tools that are flexible, scalable and efficient, helping them respond to threats and grow smarter, not just bigger.

ThreatLocker

AI is changing cybersecurity, but so are we

AI is improving industries across the board. However, it’s also giving cybercriminals powerful new tools. ThreatLocker is helping MSPs meet that challenge head-on.

From generative AI to deep learning, attackers are using smarter methods to breach networks, automate ransomware and overwhelm defenses. The attacks themselves might look familiar, but now they’re faster, harder to detect and more damaging.

The security industry is shifting to meet this reality. We’re building tools that not only defend against known threats but are also engineered to outpace the rapidly evolving tactics enabled by AI.

We dig deeper into this shift in “The Cyber Hero Frontline,” our latest magazine. From pages 26 through 29, we explore how attackers are evolving and how MSPs can respond with smarter, more adaptive protection.
