Role Overview

As a Staff Technical Program Manager at Kaseya, you will lead high-impact, cross-platform technical programs that span multiple SaaS products, engineering organizations, and business functions. You will operate as a force multiplier for engineering and product leadership—driving execution rigor, dependency management, and delivery predictability across complex initiatives such as platform integrations, modernization efforts, reliability improvements, and enterprise-scale launches.

This role requires strong technical depth, systems thinking, executive communication, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Own and drive end-to-end execution of large, cross-functional technical programs impacting multiple Kaseya products and platforms.

  • Translate company-level priorities into clear program plans, milestones, success metrics, and delivery commitments.

  • Actively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across engineering, product, security, infrastructure, and operations teams.

  • Ensure programs are delivered with high quality, security, and reliability standards appropriate for MSP and enterprise customers.

Technical & Architectural Partnership

  • Partner closely with engineering leaders and architects to understand system design, platform constraints, and technical risks.

  • Drive alignment on architecture decisions, sequencing, and integration strategies, especially across acquired products.

  • Develop technical fluency across Kaseya’s SaaS platforms, APIs, data flows, and cloud infrastructure.

Stakeholder & Executive Communication

  • Serve as the single-threaded owner for program health, communicating clearly with senior engineering, product, and executive leaders.

  • Produce crisp executive-level updates that highlight progress, risks, mitigation plans, and decision points.

  • Facilitate decision-making across organizations with competing priorities and limited resources.

Operational Excellence & Scale

  • Establish scalable program management frameworks, operating rhythms, and tooling to support Kaseya’s growth.

  • Identify systemic execution gaps and drive improvements in planning, dependency management, and delivery predictability.

  • Mentor and influence other TPMs, helping raise the bar for technical program management across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or equivalent roles in SaaS or cloud-based software environments.

  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to engage deeply in architecture, APIs, data, and cloud-native systems.

  • Proven experience leading multi-team, multi-product programs with significant technical and organizational complexity.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on platform integration, M&A integration, or large-scale SaaS modernization initiatives.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), distributed systems, and enterprise-grade security requirements.

  • Experience supporting B2B, IT management, security, or MSP-focused products.

  • Strong working knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery models.

  • Prior experience mentoring TPMs or acting as a program leader across multiple initiatives.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
