Staff Product Manager - AI Agent Platform

About Kaseya

Kaseya is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success.

Backed by Insight Partners, a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide.

Founded in 2000, Kaseya was built by builders - and we're still building. We look for people who create rather than wait, who see a hard problem and lean in, and who treat challenges as raw material. At Kaseya, everyone plays a role in shaping the future of IT: whether you're in engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer support, or operations, your work helps protect, defend, and optimize IT environments across the globe.

We're building teams that grow, perform, and make an impact. If you're driven by the itch to make things better - a product, a process, a career - you'll fit right in.

At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it.

The Opportunity

AI is fundamentally changing how IT and security work gets done — shifting customers from operating software to directing intelligent systems that do the work for them. Kaseya is investing in leading that shift.

We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own one of the most strategically important bets in the company: the platform that will let our customers extend, tailor, and run intelligent automation across their IT and security operations.

Operating at the intersection of product strategy, technical architecture, and organizational influence, this role defines the vision and direction for Kaseya's intelligent automation platform: the foundation that enables customers and partners to customize capabilities to their environment and run automated workflows reliably, safely, and at scale. You will drive cross-functional outcomes that open new revenue opportunities, deepen customer stickiness, and strengthen Kaseya's competitive differentiation across a large, multi-product portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and multi-year strategy for Kaseya's AI agent platform — the foundation that lets customers extend, customize, and run intelligent automation across their IT and security workflows.
  • Define the customer extensibility model that allows customers and partners to tailor platform capabilities to their unique environments, without exposing complexity they don't need to see.
  • Shape the runtime experience — how automated workflows are configured, executed, observed, and governed reliably and at scale across diverse customer environments.
  • Partner across product lines to expose the right capabilities, data, and interfaces so the platform can act meaningfully across Kaseya's portfolio and drive architectural consistency across teams.
  • Define the APIs, SDKs, and builder experiences that make the platform easy, safe, and rewarding to build on — for internal teams, partners, and customers alike.
  • Connect platform capabilities to monetization by partnering with GTM, pricing, and packaging teams to translate platform value into durable revenue and adoption.
  • Raise the bar on platform product management practices and represent the platform in executive forums with crisp narratives tied to business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience on platform, developer platform, automation, AI/ML, extensibility, or runtime products operating at scale.
  • 5+ years of defining and driving platform strategy in complex environments.
  • 5+ years partnering across business and technical teams on modern architecture, APIs, and SDKs to deliver platform capabilities.
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional alignment and influencing product, engineering, and business stakeholders without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with agentic AI, LLM-powered products, intelligent workflow automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Experience building extensibility ecosystems, developer platforms, marketplaces, or partner-facing APIs.
  • Experience defining trust, safety, governance, observability, or access-control models for products that act on a customer's behalf.
  • Track record of connecting platform investments to measurable business outcomes — revenue enablement, expansion, retention, or improved customer experience.
  • Exceptional communication and strategic thinking — able to write clear strategy documents, present to executive leadership, and lead structured decision-making.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
