Enhancement
Autotask, Kaseya 365 Ops

Resource Planner continues to evolve into a centralized planning hub for dispatchers and technicians.

Teams can now create and manage appointments, to-do items and service calls directly from Resource Planner, reducing the need to switch between scheduling tools. Additional visibility has been added through new scheduling columns and filters, while integrated Google Maps links make it easier for technicians to navigate to on-site appointments.

These updates help teams coordinate work more efficiently while keeping planning and scheduling activities in a single workspace.
