Datto RMM now allows technicians to revert device isolation for Datto EDR–protected devices directly from the console, restoring network connectivity quickly without leaving the workflow.
From the Security card in the device summary page, technicians can re-enable connectivity with a single action. The process triggers an agent-initiated reboot, clears the isolation flag, and preserves policy, alert, and status integrity. This enhanced integration minimizes disruption and saves time by letting technicians revert EDR isolation directly in RMM.
