INKY, Autotask, Kaseya 365 User, Kaseya 365 Ops

The new smart ticketing feature creates a ticket when a user reports an email as safe, spam or phishing, and when INKY detects a potential account takeover. Details such as specific teams and categories are pulled into your Autotask instance, ensuring tickets are filed to the right customers and match the options chosen. Both Kaseya-provisioned MSP and commercial IT partners can set up this feature on the Integrations page.
