Remote Control on Demand (RCoD): Real-time, session-ready notifications

April 9
Enhancement
VSA 10, Kaseya 365 Endpoint

Technicians now receive instant notifications when an end user starts a Remote Control on Demand (RCoD) session. A notification banner appears in the web application as soon as the session is ready, allowing technicians to quickly connect or revoke access before the session expires.

The notification is displayed in the global application header, making it visible from anywhere in the product. Technicians can take immediate action directly from the banner, improving responsiveness and ensuring no active support sessions are missed across both Windows and macOS environments.
