Remote Control: macOS client support for Private RDP

VSA 10 Remote Control now allows technicians using macOS devices to initiate private RDP sessions to Windows endpoints, simplifying cross-platform support workflows. This enhancement provides a secure and efficient way to connect from a Mac to managed Windows devices without additional setup.   

The feature supports both standard RDP connections and 1-Click/IT Glue workflows, ensuring consistency with existing processes. It is compatible with Windows devices running the latest agent version, enabling fast and reliable remote access across environments.
